The Free Burma Rangers (FBR) is a a multi-ethnic humanitarian organization that provides medical assistance, relief, and support to people affected by conflict and oppression, primarily in Burma (also known as Myanmar) and other conflict-ridden areas in Southeast Asia.

FBR delivers medical services, supplies, and training to people who are displaced or affected by violence, including ethnic minorities, refugees, and internally displaced persons. The organization often operates in dangerous and challenging environments, where it provides medical treatment, conducts training in medical skills and disaster response, and documents human rights abuses.

In addition to their medical work, FBR has been involved in documenting and raising awareness about human rights violations, particularly those committed by the Burmese military and other armed groups in the region. They have used photographs, videos, and firsthand accounts to shed light on the challenges faced by civilians caught in conflict.
